Rockdown bootcamp – Guitar HIIT

High intensity 25 minute guitar workout sessions

Part of a series of daily workshops we’re hosting to help us emerge from lockdown as better players. Hosted by Thomas, Vic, Naresh and Harvey Monday to Friday and featuring jams, workouts, licks and tricks for all levels. These programs are open and free for everybody to access.

High intensity metronome based guitar workouts with me, Thomas William Binns, Libra. This Joe Wicks style HIIT workouts but on guitar.

Beginners at 1pm and Intermediates at 1.25 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

This is free to everyone, however, we are keen to get more people onto our Patreon programs so do consider that or, if you don’t want a monthly commitment you can buy us a coffee for a few quid here. If you can’t afford it, out of work or otherwise in a tight spot, just come and jam-it’s free.

Running through at least until the end of February. Book as many sessions as you like. Each session is stand-alone so don’t feel you need to attend all in order to take part

Times and dates:
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until end of February.

From the Guitar Social Community

The lessons are great fun, the resources are excellent and I’m learning more than ever before. On top of that, there are loads of opportunities to get together and play with other students. Best guitar lessons I’ve ever had.

Thanks to The Guitar Social , I am living my dream after years of longing to play the guitar but feeling too scared to go for it. I am loving it. The classes are so enjoyable.
Beverley, Birmingham
The class is run by a group who really understand the principles of learning and the reasons for doing it! Also we are given sensible and realistic targets and outcomes coupled with very helpful practice schedules.
Lindsay, London
The Guitar Social is unique, vibrant, edgy, always fun and uplifting. Where else could I get top quality guitar teaching alongside a jam in the park, fun Zoom guitar based games or an inspiring and sociable camping trip.
