A fun way to get the practice done. We’ll be working through various exercise in 45 to 60 seconds intervals, taking a 30 second break and then getting back in. Think keep fit or HIIT videos but without the sweat.
If you book your free space up to 24 hours before the event we’ll email you the material before hand to give you a head start.
Lockdown is here and there’s nothing can be done about it save have some fun, stay connected and make some musical progress.

This is free to everyone, however, we are keen to get more people onto our Patreon programs so do consider that or, if you don’t want a monthly commitment you can buy us a coffee for a few quid here. If you can’t afford it, out of work or otherwise in a tight spot, just come and jam-it’s free.
